Repair works of water intake tower and intake of Rossitsa 1 hydropower station - Al. Stamboliyski dam
WATER INTAKE TOWER
- Production and installation of single-girder traveling crane with load capacity 2,5 t;
- Production, underwater installation and dismounting of steel dam beams in front of the intake tower;
- Surveying the building structure, surveying the seismic stability of the intake tower;
- Restoration and strengthening of reinforced concrete components at the outside and inside part of the power, restoration of water tightness of the reinforced concrete structure;
- Repair of the intake grids and application of anti-corrosion coating.
QUICK-OPERATING PLATE
- Repair of the quick-operating plate – replacement of the tight contours, reconstruction of traveling wheels, rehabilitation of steel structure, replacement of oil-pressure system and servomotor and applying anti-corrosion coating;
- Rehabilitation of the bypass system Ø 500.
PRESSURE PIPELINE Ø 3200
- Surveying the condition of the armour-plating and repair of weld seams;
- Injection filling of the space behind the pressure pipeline;
- Applying three-layer epoxy anti-corrosion coating;
- Installation of ultrasound flow meter operating also as quick-operating jet relay.
BYPASS PIPELINE Ø 2000
- Surveying the condition of the armour-plating and repair of weld seams, applying three-layer epoxy anti-corrosion coating;
- Sector gate – repair of tight contours, repair of actuating system and laying three-layer epoxy anti-corrosion coating;
- Repair of the chamber after the sector gate – making new armour-plating in the chamber, injection filling works and applying three-layer anti-corrosion coating.
SIDE OVERFLOW-TYPE PLATE AFTER THE TURBINE
- Making a new steel plate-type gate, repair of the guides and the actuating mechanisms.
